My mission - To help energise and inspire people to live with purpose and passion, through mindset , movement, massage and encouraging self knowledge.
Driven with a passion to improve the lives of families living with disabilities and special needs.
I am qualified as a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist and Health and Wellbeing Coach and I am passionate about helping others get back into a more mobile and pain free, fit and healthy life.
I specialise in Fascia release and posture realignment, mindset and movement, energy realignment and emotional trauma release.
Being a carer myself, and a domestic violence survivor, I ended up being injured emotionally and physically, to the point where I couldn't even get out of bed, as I was in constant severe agony. Using stretching, massage, dancing, martial arts and other therapies I have managed to realign my own body and I am now able to pass on this knowledge to help others, who find themselves in similar situations.
My Story
Since 2019 I have been a foundational advisor for the Groundswell Project, a global NGO, that offers the ability to connect with others who want to inspire change. Using my story to deliver training with the Groundswell Project to professionals and university graduates, enabling them to identify core issues with domestic violence and dangers of extremism.
Understanding the challenges that we all face in daily life, not only as a parent but as a carer, but also with trauma and supporting those with neurodivergence, I can design a program that is empathetic to each of your needs and abilities. I help reprogram your core awareness to your body and daily thoughts using movements and massage that can correct posture misalignments and pain.
My main aim now is to provide people with a holistic knowledge on how to feel at their best at whatever ability they are at.
